Irish Soda Bread for the Feast of St Brigid
Irish Soda Bread
Ingredients
3 cups plain flour
1/2 a cup sultanas
3 tablespoons sugar
1 teaspoon bi-carbinate soda
Mix ingredients with milk until soft dough, make into a round shape and brush with milk. Cook for 180c for 20 minutes.
